As of July 1st, there is no longer a charge for @ucf.edu email accounts to have ActiveSync enabled on their mobile devices! What is ActiveSync you might ask? It is the software that allows your email, calendar and contacts to be synced with your mobile device (smartphone or tablet). If you already have ActiveSync enabled, you should no longer see the charges appearing on your telecom bills. If you don’t have it enabled, please follow the link below to find the instructions on how to do this for your particular mobile device.
